Strawberry froyo

For easy, refreshing ways to enjoy desert! 

Fun and smiles for the whole family. Happiness found in real food and that feels like a treat.

Gluten, dairy and refined sugar free. You'd never know!!!

Serves 2

What You Need:
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries (or any other frozen fruit)
  • 1/2 cup cashew nuts (soaked in water overnight or in boiling water for at least 3 hours)
  • 1 frozen banana 
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup water


What to Do:
    1    Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
   2    Depending on the power of your blender you may need to let your frozen strawberries and banana defrost on the bench for a few mintutes to make it eaasier to blend. 
    3    Serve and eat straight away as it melts fast.
