Smoothie of the day.

🌱🍊 Mandarin • banana • Greek yoghurt • Almond • linseeds • sunflower seeds 🌱🍊 

What You Need:
  • 2 medium seedless mandarin oranges
  • 1 banana, frozen, peeled and sliced prior to freezing if possible otherwise just normal
  • 1/3 cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 2 tbsp ground LSA or any ground nuts (optional)
  • small handful ice cubes (if your banana isn’t frozen)


What to Do:
  1. Place all ingredients except into a blender, starting with the oranges. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add more ice if you would like your smoothie to have more of a frozen texture. Enjoy!
