Peanut butter overnight oats smoothie

Yup it's creamy!


Those who struggle with breakfast and time. Those who are keen on a liquid type breakfast. Those who just enjoy a delicious, nutritious, smoothie that tastes all so good! This one is for you.


With a little pre-night preparation, chuck it in the blender in the morning and you have yourself a winner. Delicious, wholesome breakfast to take on the go! For those mornings when every minute counts. 

And this particular smoothie had that little extra touch, from Chantal Organics roasted peanut butter! Its just beautiful. 


Serves 1 to 2


What You Need:
  • ½ cup rolled (gluten free if needed) oats
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk + ½ cup, optional as preferred
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (coconut yoghurt for dairy free option)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp (raw) honey
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp cinnamon


What to Do:
  1. Add oats, almond milk, Greek yoghurt and chia seeds together in a resealable container, mason jar or bowl. Add almond butter, honey, cinnamon on top.
  2. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Place in blender, add 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, blend on high until smooth.
  4. Pour into 2 glasses depending and enjoy!
  5. Enjoy cold or can be heated as a warming option.
