Paprika Herb Roasted Carrots

Ways to bring carrots alive! Tasty snacking or perfect side. 

These roasted carrots are a simple win every time! 
​
Vegan and Gluten Free. 

Serves 4 roughly

What You Need:
- 4 carrots
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp paprika
- ¼ cup fresh parsley
- sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste


What to Do:
  • Preheat oven to 180ºC
  • Slice the top and bottom off of the carrots (hold knife diagonally while slicing to make fancy carrot slices).
  • On a prepared baking sheet, combine carrots and remaining ingredients. Mix evenly.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
