It’s Winter, (albeit  deniable here in South Africa showing off its beautiful warmth) and my littles wanted ice creams...

So keeping in healthy mind, and also the tasty of course... this beautiful little creation came out and it was refreshingly good!

Enjoy!

What You Need:
  • 1 1/3 cups naturally sweetened or low sugar granola
  • 1 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 cups natural unsweetened Greek yoghurt (thick)
  • 1 tbsp runny honey or naturally sweetened jam

What to Do:
  1. Place the granola and maple syrup in a small bowl and stir well to combine.
  2. Divide the granola mixture between 8 x ⅓-cup-capacity (80ml) popsicle moulds and press down firmly with the end of a wooden spoon.
  3. Mix honey or jam and yoghurt, fill each mould with the yoghurt, insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 3–4 hours or until set. Makes 8.
