Mixed berry bliss balls

Raw, high protein, vegan and gluten free, these pink berry bliss balls will take you only minutes to prepare. 

Satisfy those moments when you’re looking for that little something sweet, swop it out for this scrummy, nutritious snack.

​Enjoy anytime of the day.

Yield: 10 balls
What You Need:
  • 1 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup gluten free oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • ⅓ cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup maple or agave syrup


What to Do:
  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and mix until you get a sticky dough. If too dry, add a few drops of water. If its too wet add a touch more almond flour.
  2. With your hands or using a small ice cream scoop, shape the balls. Optional: coat with shredded coconut or raw cocoa powder.
  3. Let set in refrigerator for at least one hour before serving. Store in a airtight container placed in the refrigerator for up to one week, or up to one month in the freezer.
