Lemon cheesecake bites

So easy & seriously delicious!

​Jump start your digestive system with this tasty, zesty treat. Healthy never tasted so good!!
​



What You Need:
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut 
  • whole lemon zest
  • 1/2 a lemon juiced
  • 2 tbls rice malt syrup or raw maple syrup 
  • Dash of pure vanilla essence 


What to Do::
  1. Combine all ingredients into food processor. 
  2. Set mixture aside in fridge to set, roll mixture into desired size balls. 
  3. Coat in desiccated coconut or sesame seeds.


Tip ~ if you keep your hands a little bit wet the mixture is so much easier to roll.
