Honey Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

I never ever thought I’d see the day that I’d post a bowl of Brussels on social media and comment with an
​‘OH my GOODNESS’ these were the bomb!!
But here I am and here they are!! 

There is change in all of us. 

​• Honey Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts •

What You Need:
4 servings
  • roughly 680g brussels sprouts
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp honey
  • sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste


​What to Do:
  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220ºC).
  • Slice the stem off of the Brussels sprouts and then halve them.
  • On a prepared baking sheet, combine Brussels sprouts and remaining ingredients. Mix evenly.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
