Healthy Peanut Butter Fudge

Healthy treats simple and impressive, satisfying the craving for a little sweet treat, and is naturally sweetened. Easy, #glutenfree desserts, family favorites to keep in the freezer! 

Slightly obsessed. Yum.

Yields: 10-12 squares 


What You Need:
Peanut Butter Fudge:
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter 
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla (optional)
Chocolate Swirl
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • good quality dark chocolate chips or a natural unsweetened option
  • sea salt for topping


What to Do:
  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla.
  2. Pour into loaf pan (It was thicker this way, can use a brownie pan too)
  3. Mix together cocoa swirl ingredients and drop by spoonful on top of peanut butter mixture.
  4. Swirl around with a toothpick and add chocolate chips and sea salt on top.
  5. Place in freezer minimum 15 min (I left mine for an hour before eating)
