Cinnamon, Pear and Oat smoothie

Smoothie of the day:

Pears are one of our familie's favourite fruit through Autumn, add a little cinnamon into the mix and for me, things begin to taste amazing.  

This is a great little smoothie for mornings on the go or when you're wanting a filling, healthier snack.  

This is one kinda tasty! 💛

What You Need:
  • 1 pear cored and diced
  • half of a banana
  • 1/4 cup oats (I used old wholegrain oats)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup almond milk (any kind)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 5-6 ice cubes


What to Do:
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.

Love my smoothies and this was my first pear 😊 not sure why as bananas and pears are a staple in my kitchen. ( I used oat bran. ) loved it. Thank you.

Yay! I know right, me too and yet pear is not something I commonly use either. I thought I'd explore something new and was gladly surprised! :) I'm glad you enjoyed it!
