Chocolate truffles

Refined sugar-free choclate truffle choo’ey goodness!

Healthy food that tastes too good! And did i mention how ridiculously easy too?

Enjoy!

Yields 10-12
​
 What You Need:
  • 2 cups of soft pitted medjool dates 
  • 1/3 cup raw cacao or cocoa powder (extra for rolling: optional)
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted 
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon 
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Chopped peanuts for rolling: optional 


What to Do:
  1. Blitz all your ingredients in your blender until a sticky dough forms
  2. Remove from blender and place in fridge for 20 minutes to set
  3. Remove from fridge, using hands to roll into small balls
  4. Roll each ball in chopped nuts or extra cocoa/cacoa powder if using 
  5. Keep refrigerated

Thanks again, very yummy treats. Mine had lots of unintended peanut salt, but all good. The orange choc truffles are amazing and haven't lasted long. Now I see the ice creams.. I'm going to be busy. My goal will be to get organised and comment on the savoury recipes next! Merry Xmas :)
