Ok, it’s true, I love granola, it’s one of my go to foods – it’s been known for me to quietly slip away and tuck into a little healthy breakfast helping at points through the day, partly because handfuls of granola make one of the best, easy snacks, partly because I love it! .
Hello buckwheat and ginger granola, might just be a new favorite! .
It’s all kinds of dreamy served with creamy coconut yoghurt and berries, but it also tastes amazing mixed into a smoothie bowl, cold milk or even sprinkled over stewed fruit! Yum!
