Almond butter and sea salt brownies

Easiest recipe for healthy brownies. We can’t get enough over here!

What You Need:
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour 
  • 1/3 cup raw cocoa or cocoa powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened peanut or almond butter 
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp sea salt 
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional I personally used naturally sweetened with stevia chocolate chips)


What to Do:
  1. Preheat the over to 160 degrees C.
  2. Mix coconut flour, cocoa or cacoa powder, sea salt and baking powder in a large bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk almond butter (or peanut butter) maple syrup, eggs and almond milk until well combined.
  4. Add wt ingredients to dry ingredients and fold until just combined. Stir through dark chocolate chips if using.
  5. Spoon into lined cake/brownie dish and bake in oven for 25030 mins, until just cooked.
