Smoothie of the day: 

a mean green smoothie.

A power kick for the whole family thats enjoyable and tastes SO good! 

Arrive refreshed and feel good!


What You Need:
  • 1 small-medium banana peeled + sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup fresh or mango chunks
  • 1 cup kale I used baby Kale
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp spirulina powder*
  • 3/4 cup orange juice preferably freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds 


What to Do:
  • Place the the ingredients, except for the hemp seeds, in a high powdered blender and blend until smooth and creamy. If you like your smoothies thin, add orange juice or coconut milk. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with hemp seeds. Enjoy!
